
I worked with Mindtrip.ai for nearly two years — I was the first member of the marketing team, joining in December 2023. Throughout my time there I worked on a multitude of projects related to social media and the creator consumer side of Mindtrip’s business.

I started by breaking down our ideal user archetypes, the pain points they each experience at unique junctures in the travel lifecycle, and which Mindtrip features can help alleviate those pain points.

With this in mind, I then mapped these users, pain points, and Mindtrip product areas onto content formats I believed would perform best on TikTok. I even included hook examples for each video so that myself and any other Mindtrip creators in the future could use this as a resource to quickly test out new ideas that were backed with intent and data, while also tracking what has or hasn’t worked previously (and why).
